The turnout was bad, really bad. I made losses while yongchuan made even bigger losses. The leftover uncooked otahs were so in excess we had to donate them to a nearby chalet so as not to waste food. But nevertheless, WE HAD FUN! Right from the start. There was a manutd vs liverpool at 7pm on the first day. I desperately wanted to watch it so a group of us went down to watch and have dinner at the same time. The game ended 0-0 to my relief cuz i had a feeling it was going to be liverpool's day. We played PS2 the rest of the night while waiting for Joseph to come and janice to return from work. It was already 3am by then so we strolled down to changi village again to check out the transsexuals. We only slept abt 5am.
All of us woke at different times from 11-12 the next morning. Only May, the extra, woke at 10+ to call her bf. The group of 7 of us went up to old changi hospital for an adventure. Well not so much for those who have gone before but it certainly was for me cuz i havent been there at all. The main areas of OCH i wanted to see were the room with the star of David and the morgue. We couldn't find the room and the morgue was at the other side of the building so we didnt go there. Quite a disappointing trip i would say. We had lunch at changi village and then strolled down to Changi Ferry Point. A ferry trip to Pulau Ubin costs only $2 so since we had so much time to spare, we got a ride there just to kill time. May, the "sua ku", has never been to Pulau Ubin. The poor thing was admiring and awing at so much nature while the rest of us were just:" yea, this is pulau ubin for you.." Since Janice had to go off at 6, we didnt have much time to explore the whole place. We rented a few bicycles and rode round the east of Ubin at the same time taking photos of ourselves together with nature. We went back to the chalet so satisfied with the decision to visit Ubin. That little bit of exercise really lifted our spirits. The bbq was good with Julia helping us out. I kinda like talking to Chi-na people cuz they seem really dumb to me. They have limited vocabulary and it really amuses me to see them screw their faces up trying so damn hard to think of the right word to use. Aliza and Amanda came and left as well. The rest of the night was spent playing card games and PS2. I tried so hard not to sleep but i did eventually at abt 5+am. It was only then did Heidi tell my subconscious mind that May was leaving RP to go to Aust. I couldnt take it seriously cuz i was half asleep. I just told them she was joking and went back to sleep. But dammit, May wasn't joking. Stupid May, only tell us the week before that she's going to leave us. Should've told us earlier. Anyway, I got woken at 7.30 cuz Zac's mum came to pick him up and joseph and I hitched a ride to redhill.
Overall, the chalet was fun although not many turned up. And STUPID May, tell us so late.
